Due to an unfortunately large number of missed appointments, I am now requiring a $50 deposit when making an appointment for a new client, or a $50 missed appointment fee, if not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, for all other clients. It is not fair to the clients who could have taken the appointment, nor to me. Thank you for your understanding.

I expanded my practice in 1996 to include a clinic in part of my home. Each patient is treated as if it were one of my own pets; I take the time to do a thorough exam, and to answer any questions you may have. In addition to routine preventive care, surgery and dental procedures are also routinely performed in the clinic.
You can easily teach your dog to eliminate in an acceptable location by keeping a close eye, recognizing his signals, understanding his instincts, and rewarding his appropriate behavior. A new puppy can be a wonderful, exciting addition to your family, but the excitement can quickly turn to frustration and may ultimately lead to finding another home for a puppy who "misbehaves".

The following was found posted very low on a refrigerator door. Dear Dogs and Cats: The dishes with the paw prints are yours and contain your food. The other dishes are mine and contain my food. Placing a paw print in the middle of my plate and food does not stake a claim for it becoming your food and dish, nor do I find that aesthetically pleasing in the slightest.

The clinic is located in such a cute property, it feels embedded in nature. Dr. Thompson is being careful with Covid around and right now only four-legged friends are allowed inside the clinic. I was a little nervous because it was my kittens' first vet visit but Dr. Thompson calm and friendly demeanor put me at ease. Overall I enjoyed the experience and my kittens only seemed anxious about the car ride not the examination. Her prices are also more accesible than some other clinics in town. I'm going back for 2nd shots and neutering.

Dr. Thompson is an extremely compassionate and knowledgable veterinarian. She is responsive and can think about resolving health issues in non-traditional ways that has benefitted my cats. Dr. Thompson offers excellent and to be honest, unexpected thorough follow ups. When I had to have my beloved Thelonius Monk euthanized, she was caring and supportive then as well as now. In all my visits, there has not been any wait time. Dr. Thompson receives my highest recommendation and I am thrilled to have her caring for my cats. After many years of searching, I have found the perfect vet!

My dog needed to be euthanized. Dr. Thompson came to my house and took care of my dog in the most humane manner. My dog was on her bed with her toys and I was right there petting her. She did not suffer at all. I have been very much comforted by the fact ..that in such a difficult time she had excellent care by Dr. Thompson

Dr. Thompson is a very kind, thoughtful and intelligent vet. She is very considerate of both owner's and pet's needs and feelings. She takes care of her patients from start to finish, making the entire process of taking your pet in very comfortable, without having to deal with a variety of staff. I always know that my pet is in good hands, because if she's at the vet, she's in Dr. Thompson's hands.
