New this fall! GAI's Kinderstube is excited to launch an online educational enrichment program for preschool-age children (ages 3-6) called Kinderstube German@home starting this fall. This self-paced German language program offers fun activities for kids and caregivers to do together at home. Every child can benefit from language learning at an early age!

Services
Located in the Mayflower Church, just one minute off of I-35. The church is a modern, secure building with spacious parking lot and friendly staff. There is a wonderful on-site playground with a variety of well-maintained equipment. Children can also visit the indoor play area which contains large motors skills equipment for the playful development of balance, coordination, and strength.
I am so pleased with my daughter's development at Kinderstube. Not only do the preschoolers learn about the ABCs, colors, shapes, sharing and building relationships, the school also teaches impressive topics to the children such as learning the planets and how the water cycle works. Let's not forget, this is all done in German!
Meet our Teachers! Our teaching team is made up of an eclectic, creative, professional, and skilled community of individuals with a passion for what they do! All of our classroom teachers have native or near-native fluency in German. They express a genuine love for children in all areas of the daily interaction with our students.
Kinderstube is modeled after both the modern German Kindergarten and the American preschool. We strive to create an environment that fosters social, emotional, and intellectual growth and creativity. We believe children's play should be an adventure in discovery and enhanced rather than directed by adult interactions.
PLEASE NOTE: We currently do not offer enrichment programs by outside sources, as we are limiting the number of visitors into the building. We plan to add these classes again once the pandemic subsides. Kinderstube offers two Enrichment Classes throughout the school year, Dance class and Yoga class!

This review is really two reviews in one.
Review 1: If your child is “normal,” then they will probably have a great time. The actual teachers are very caring, and I can’t speak enough praise about Michelle, Kirsten and Robin at the Minneapolis campus. I truly think that Michelle is one of the best early childhood educators I have ever met. She is genuine, hardworking and really gets kids.
Review 2: If your child is a boy, or has a higher level of energy, or has any kind of mental illness, disability or special needs, I unfortunately cannot recommend this school. My son attended school there
