Suzanne is absolutely wonderful!!! She was able to help us get into a beautiful rental, and has been absolutely the best in helping us when concerns have come up. She has provided accurate contact information for us to contact her should we have any concerns. We have been treated with professionalism, respect and courteous service from Caldwell Banker Cutten Realty since the day we had viewed the home. We had an issue with our doorknob on the front door, and she had a maintenance man out to fix the issue right away. I always refer people to check out CBCR for thier rental needs because of how great

I have been pushed around for a month now by this girl named Sabrina. She is very unprofessional and lies constantly. Every time I call she has an attitude and when I go in person it's even worse. She keeps saying every property I asked her about that she will call me later and never does. Then when I ask her about it, it is the same excuse every time that the property is not ready even thouht they write it on their rental list that it is AVAILABLE NOW!! In big letters. I asked to work with someone else but nothing changes. If you guys are not going to help us then why take our money. I would like

My experience was with Beverly in the Property Management department of Cutten Realty. I'm new to the Humboldt area and was looking at a couple different property management companies. Beverly was extremely kind. She was very patient with my questions and she has always replied very promptly to my emails. She's very up front about a lot of things and honest, even if the answer wouldn't have worked out in her favor. Beverly, the woman from whom we rented, is the rudest person I have ever had the non-pleasure of dealing with. She is routinely disrespectful and unprofessional. I cannot recommend strongly enough that anyone who considers renting from Cutten Realty thinks twice before they do so, until certain employees learn how to interact with customers.
