You can not discuss my issue in public because you know what you did was wrong and Unfair and because you are Full Of Racist and what you did was very bad ! We hired Janice Cunningham and her staff to manage our medical building in Redding.They wonderfully improved its look and operation. We eventually listed the property for sale with Janice. Working with Janice and her staff has been a great experience. She has really helped dial in to my business and locate a perfect spot for us. She is personable and professional. I would easily recommend Cox Real Estate to anyone looking to relocate their business. Personally I seldom give 5 star reviews as a business can always improve but I can't think of anything else that would make the experience better.

Working with Janice Cunningham and Randall Yelverton at Cox Real Estate to resolve my medical office space issues by departing from a very high lease rate to purchasing a new office was an incredibly pleasant experience. I thought I would never say such a thing about a commercial real estate transaction. They are very straight-forward, worked very diligently on my behalf, and were very responsive to my needs. I would recommend them without reservation.
