I was browsing on Facebook and saw a house that interested me. I wasn't actively looking to sell my home or buy a new home. In order to look at the house I had to give them my information. When you give a reason as to why you are looking there is no option for casually looking. Immediately I started receiving calls and text messages from Taylor. Ryan Coughran is professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. Whenever new listings hit the market and fit our criteria, he would have them sent over immediately. He is prompt to show properties, and always has the information with him about the properties. Submitting an offer, and closing was so fast and easy. As soon as something changed in the pricing or stipulations, it was edited and resubmitted immediately. We never had to wait on him. We highly recommend Ryan. My husband and I met Ben Sprague who is an agent at Josh Barker's office at an Open House that he was hosting back in June of this year. Josh Barker's office provided outstanding service in the sale of our property and greatly exceeded our expectations! We had moved from Redding to Illinois, and never felt that the long distance hindered the process. We were always able to reach someone quickly when we had any questions. We had tenants and wanted to be considerate of them during the process, so Josh arranged to have a video walkthrough of the property to accommodate the tenants and used targeted marketing to appeal to investors.

Mr. Barker had my home listed for 5 months. In that time he had 1 open house, talked to me 0 times on the phone, until I called his office and told them I refused to speak with the office staff and demanded to talk with Josh. Then we only had a couple of conversations, one of them a terrible offer, where he informed me, if I would take a really low amount he could assure me a buyer (was he going to flip it?). Anyway, his follow through is terrible. He yelled at me on the phone and was very rude.

Just like used car salesmen, i felt alot of empty price quotes, empty promises. Once contract signed by Josh your transferred to unknowledgeable office staff. They do not produce the knowledge/skills for competive edge for negotiations, offering their clients poor advice, often wrong advice. At times i felt they were actually representing the other side. Buyer vs. Seller. The original price quoted was soon pressured to be dropped once contract signed. His numbers are skewed. Example being: he sends out reviews

For those that have bought and sold homes for other than merely profit or business you are quick to realize the unfortunate similarities of the real estate process and the all too common bleh experience of sitting down at a car dealership, with numbers of course being a good bit higher.
