Worst hotel experience!!! The light and the front don’t work lady lied that 4th floor is full but there are less than 20 cars in the lot! For a hotel that has 232 rooms and I joined the elevator with guests going to 4th floor. Turn bathroom light because the main entrance light don’t work. Gate key don’t work either

So I was coming down for a weekend vacation and chose the hotel because it’s a 4.5 star the water was closer so cold in the was warm. When you take a shower the water pressure goes in and out and the temperature goes from warm to cold. I was told I cannot cancel my room because I booked through Priceline and I am fully responsible for the cost. The heat in the wrong steel did not heat up much I brought my own cover in and the room was dirty. I asked them to move me and they did to another room with the same issues. I checked in at 3am so the next day I was going to ask to speak with a manager

A nice place for a stay at a bit of a budget price. The look and feel of everything is a little lacking. There are some decor and lighting repairs that may need to be made in the lobby/halls. However, everything was clean. The room was safe, heater - A/C worked fine. The bed and room were clean. Had a problem with my cable, but was fixed when I returned back after my first evening out. Front desk was happy and helpful. Huge tub, if you wanted a bath. Great off-steeet parking. I will be staying here again next year.

Good but not great. Decent value. Free parking, which was good, though taking a left onto 26th from the parking lot is very dangerous. Front desk staff was courteous but not overly helpful. Room was clean. Hot water for shower did not work in the evening but worked fine in the morning. The surrounding couple blocks don't look great but head north or several blocks south and the area looked better. Close to Soldier Field.
