If I did not have to give one star I wouldn't, they don't deserve any stars. Beware of the company the owner is unethical and unprofessional she is ruthless and highly disrespectful she will lie and dose not keep her word. Loving touch is only out for them, they do not care about you or your loved one. I would talk to your case managers and do your research before you choose this place. I wish I have.
