Love my nurse is the most unprofessional place I have ever been as far as homehealth none of them know how to do the billing it was taken out on the patient when the services are discharged and Dr. Miller as they are calling him Is the most rude and disrespectful person I have ever met in my life I’ve known this guy for six years he had beg me to come and do my wraps for lymphedema and he started doing them in December 2020 and basically discharge services in July 2021 for no reason without any explanation as to why he was quitting anything. The field staff are amazing. They are the heart and soul of the company. The office staff leaves much to be desired, especially the owners wife Dede. She is awful to the employees. She doesn't care for them or respect them and its blatantly obvious. She treats them horribly and has no sympathy. Employees have their pay reduced for not charting within 2 days, and missing small details. This says a lot about a company in the business to care for people. They dont even offer their staff health insurance or adequate paid time off or sick leave.
