Over 35 years of devotion to being healthy and fit, Kenneth's core concept of training is quality over quantity. His unique routines are personalized to motivate. While training with Kenneth, he emphasizes that every second must count. The key to that is the correct order of the exercises, which helps to create the intensity level, necessary for faster improvement.
While deciding on your individual training plan it is important to know what it is you are trying to achieve. During the training process with our personal fitness trainer an individual has to find the training plan that fits him/ her most, and allows one to achieve the desired results within a short period of time.
Grace Fitness Studio is located near downtown Park Ridge, a small northwest suburb of Chicago, IL. The studio is within a short distance from the Park Ridge Public Library and City Hall. You may use the front door entrance and the waiting area, which we share with the School of Music, or the back door entrance to arrive directly at the gym.
I started exercising with Ken a year ago. My initial goal for me is a healthy body and mind overall. I lost 15 pounds combining nutrition and exercise with Ken. During the exercise we had an opportunity to get to know each other and Ken is definitely a trainer you are looking forward to go back to exercise with.
