My wife Ashley and I went into contract on a Saturday and habitation investigation came out the very next day and did the inspection and we had the report that night. Furthermore, they have answered ANY questions we’ve had timely and kindly. This is the company you want when you’re dealing with something as big as buying a home. Cannot recommend enough!!!!!

We just used Habitation Investigation for an inspection. David was VERY thorough and informative and explained everything in detail. He did an excellent job! At first we thought they were a little expensive but remember, you get what you pay for and you most definitely do not want to cheap out on an inspection!! I would most definitely recommend and use this company again in the future.

Habitation Investigation has a website that contains so much information about home inspections. I scheduled a home inspection with them recently. The entire process was easy and very informative. Our inspector, Alex, was knowledgeable, professional and personable. He answered all of our questions and explained his findings before leaving and sent his full written report a few hours later. I’m very happy with our experience and I highly recommend Habitation Investigation.
