I called Pat to inquire about a rental house in Kailua. She didn’t answer, so I left her a voicemail. After not getting a call back the following day, I called her yet again. I explained to her that we couldn’t occupy the rental immediately but we’d be long term tenants. Pat proceeded to laugh at my request multiple times during our conversation. I finally called her on it at which point she didn’t apologize but said the situation was humorous. This is highly unprofessional behavior.
