Baron Graham and Darren Katsura greatly assisted me with managing my rental property. They also went absolutely above and beyond in helping me with a sale process. Worked with Baron Graham on selling my unit in Nuuanu. He was professional, hard-working and always positive. Some realtors that I've worked with can sometimes be unintentionally condescending. Mr. Graham was an uber professional with great contacts and sold my unit in literally 3 days. I had an offer the first day it was shown as a pocket listing. Would I use him again? ABSOLUTELY!

Currently renting an apartment by Baron Graham and the apartment has rats. After 6 months of living here I've tried to sort this out with him directly but he feels that by calling the exterminators to put in rat traps in the apartment is sufficient. He refuses to let me out of my lease and is adamant about charging $500 for early termination of my lease agreement. Be careful about renting or buying from this person, how he treats people from low income areas is very poor.
