I really enjoyed working with happy doors. They were professional, quick with response, and the move-in process was very easy and straight forward. Our main concern was when we moved in the floors were very dirty so I’m not sure if anybody came in to clean the floors before we moved in. Other than that, I still had a very good experience with them.

I don’t like giving bad feedback because nobody’s perfect and ruins most reputation but here’s pros and cons of this management hopefully things get improved and new prospective tenant think before commiting.
Cons:
1. Everything is digital and email- even though they are responsive on email the issue wasn’t brought up to manager after several days. Even meet ups, inspections.-its a little but skeptical because even if it is covid season, transaction should atleast be in person
2. maintenance request- nobody contacted me knowing i will be moving but there will be repair issues going on

HappyDoors Property Management agent Dylan Samson was very helpful with answering any questions I had. He was also very diligent on informing me of the application process of the apartment I wanted to move into. This was very important because I had only been on the island for a couple of weeks but was desperate to find somewhere to live so I didn't have to continue looking for an apartment and staying in hotels. I recommend this property management company.

Dylan Samson has been the property manager who has helped my roommate and I move into a place after her and I found out we were forced to leave our current unit. He was quick to pick up our calls, and was very responsive in our email conversations. He was very detailed, and always made sure we knew what documents to send in, within a quick and prompt amount of time. I am so thankful we were able to be accepted into this unit so quickly.
