Where one person alone may be overwhelmed, a group working together can persevere and succede. Develop healthy skills in a safe and confidential place. The relationships within a family are some of the most complicated and difficult you will ever face.

This modal can help demystify couples' conflict and communication difficulties, supporting couples to listen and reach for each other in ways that create greater closeness and deepen connection. It is our intention that this workshop will lead to change on a practical level, helping couples learn to create lasting love.
There is nothing straightforward about dealing with family. We love them and at times we think we hate them, but they are family. Family Counseling is a time to come together with your counselor and your family members to work through the challenges you are facing with one another. Healthy communication, conflict resolution and problem solving skills are taught and modeled within these sessions.

Michael and I have been working together for a year-and-a-half now. He has helped me get on a good path and now I'm working towards a dream of becoming a firefighter. He takes some time to get used to, but he does care and he warms up to you over time. I would recommend him, especially if you are new to talk therapy.
