Services
At South Hill Pediatric Dentistry, our mission is to provide the greater Spokane area with the delivery of comprehensive, accessible, coordinated oral health care in a nurturing, child-centered dental office. We pledge to treat all children with respect and compassion, creating positive dental experiences.
As pediatric dentists we provide preventative, restorative, and emergency care, as well as consultation and education for our patients and parents. Dr. Erin, Dr. Becky and Dr. Tessa specialize in child psychology, sedation and behavior management and work with parents and caregivers to identify those treatment approaches that most benefit each child.
In spring of 2021, we moved our nest to a brand new building with the goal of creating a state of the art child-centric office. Our new office is one way we've built on our pledge to provide the most advanced, comprehensive, accessible, and coordinated oral health care in a nurturing, child-centered dental office.
We frequently consult with parents and children throughout the "Teething Experience" and we have prepared some key information on the topic. Depending on the nature of the trauma - which teeth, baby or permanent - there are several options to consider for oral traumas. For parents of a child with a "non-nutritive sucking" habit, we recommend scheduling a chat with Dr. Becky or Dr. Erin.

It was very clean & spacious. The staff was amazing! From front desk to dental assistant to the dentist. We loved our dental assistant (hygienist), she did so well with my daughter & she can't wait to come back now. I'm so grateful that the staff & environment was such a positive experience for my daughter.

We love South Hill Pediatric Dentistry! When we moved to Spokane seven years ago we took all of our kids here. The care and support from everyone that works there is why we continue to come back. When we moved further away from South Hill it would’ve been easier to find a dentist closer to home, however we continue to make the drive because South Hill Pediatric Dentistry is fantastic!

They’re just the best with kids here! The care is so wonderful and they treat the kids with so much kindness and respect. Today my little girl was upset she didn’t get a pink unicorn out of the toy machine and as I was explaining to her how it works while putting her in her car seat Topher came out with a pink unicorn for her. It was above and beyond and made her day and mine!

My young daughter had an appointment for a cavity to be filled. Because of her age, they suggested sedation so she would stay still during the appointment.
Before the sedation kicked in they put a device in her mouth to keep it open. The device also prevented her from being able to speak; therefore, the person doing the sedation didn't ask her any questions to help her judge if my daughter was sedated or not.
They gave her the shot to numb the area and my daughter had a terrible reaction. During the count down the person responsible for the sedation (Kim) kept telling her to breath through her
