I can't speak to how good their legal advice is but, if you are looking for help in a hurry you should try someone else. I called them two days in a row and had my name and number taken down without getting a call back for 3 days.
I let them know I would stop by since I saw they were down the street and the assistant said she would let the lawyer know. I went inside the building to find out they weren't even there anymore. The address on Yelp and google is wrong. When I called the assistant back, even she didn't know the correct address. I assume this is because she is working from

Cooledge law is the best place to get personal help for your eviction. My attorney always have time for me to answer all my questions in the same day. His paperworks and legal documents served to your tenant is perfect flawless so there is no technical issue excuse from your tenant to take advantage of of the court system. My attorney would know your case in detail and not give you the run around and I have been to many eviction lawyers over the years. I highly recommend Cooledge Law.

Andrew was courteous and professional prior to and during our consultation. He was very attentive and took our situation into account when answering our questions. First off, I reached out to 7 lawyers and he was the only one who was able to consult with me via telephone free of charge.
Secondly,
When he informed me that I did not have a case , he was kind enough to educate me on my rights. He took his time explaining and answered every question I had.
At the end, he made me feel comfortable after speaking with him. I was overwhelmed with my situation but he was patient, direct and honest.
If I ever need a lawyer , he will be the man I call.
