When I attempted to purchase a property that was being listed by CM Fox, there were a number of issues. I unfortunately did not end up getting the property for the following reasons:
1) I was told that the gas line could be put in for $5k, but it turned out the gas company wouldn't run it at all.
2) After accepting my offer they tried to reduce the size of the lot by a half acre.
3) They put $11k/ year on the listing for the "estimated" taxes, but their estimate was a bit off when the tax bill came back at $21k/year!
4) I believe that the listing agent was somehow an owner

Chris was the best all around! He listed my house within a few days of my call to him and secured a sale in less than 24 hours after being listed. Last summer my husband and I took the leap to buy our first home. We happened upon Lisa Wloch of CM Fox via an online listing of a house that she had recently sold.
