Our story begins in 1974 when Clifford Dronet opened his doors to the public. For over 40 years, Donet's has been serving the fine people of Iberia Parish with honesty and distinction. Since 2014, Clifford's son Lance has used his automotive expertise and business savvy to keep the family tradition alive and well.

Lance Dronet and his amazing team are definitely my go to when it comes to any repairs on my car! Lance runs a very professional and welcoming business.
Lance and his team take their work very seriously. They make it a point to get people back on the road, while making sure everything is completed correctly and in a timely manner.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Dronets!!!!! Lance Dronet is not only very professional, he strives to resolve the issues I experienced with my vehicle in a timely manner. I recently purchased a used vehicle that had some issues. I took it to several shops & either they flat out refused to fix things or their estimates were much to expensive. Me being a woman i felt some were trying to take advantage but because of my dad i am a little more knowledgeable than most. I brought the vehicle to Dronets their prices were very reasonable, they fixed it promptly, & Lance professionalism was outstanding. I’m a new resident to Louisiana from California but he definitely has a new client in me! Thank you Lance & your staff-you guys rock!

Broke down traveling from Destrehan, LA to Little Elm, TX in New Iberia and when I called to ask if they could look at my truck they not only looked at it, they diagnosed it, ordered the part and had it fixed in less than 2 hours. They are very friendly, efficient and extremely reasonably priced. I would recommend anyone who lives in the area to make Dronet's Auto Repair your #1 mechanic. They are amazing!! From the excellent service to the friendly staff, you cannot ask for a better place to bring your vehicle. Absolutely LOVE Dronet's. Thank you so much for making my day better than I ever thought

I brought my truck in and asked for a front end repair. Dronets estimate of just over $1300 seemed fair until I discovered that only the passenger side was repaired. When I asked about this, I was told the… drivers side did not need any repairs. A week later I had to bring my truck back because of a popping noise and a shake in the stearing wheel. This time I was informed that the driver's side upper control arm was bad and needed replaced...for another $300.
I'm no mechanic but even I have enough common sense to know that control arms don't just go bad. I feel like this was missed when

Wonderful experience! My daughter is a student at ULL and I live in Alexandria. Her car broke down and we had it towed to Lance at Dronet’s. He was fantastic! He went out of his way to make me feel comfortable about what was going on and was honest and trustworthy about the work that was done!Highly recommend them!!
