My 17 year old daughter brought her car here on the advice from O’reilly’s. She was losing power as she was driving. She told them what it was doing and asked them diagnose the problem. They ended up adding oil which was not the problem and cleaning off the battery terminal. Kept the vehicle for an hour and half and charged us $200. They completely… took advantage of my 17 year old daughter knowing that she wouldn’t know the difference. They did the work without us telling them to. When I called to dispute the charge, I spoke to the owner and he claimed they did NOT take

Vehicle broke down in Lafayette area I’m from New Orleans. Senior female traveling alone on Friday before Mardi Gras. Went to 5 shops. 3 said transmission replacement $3000.00. Corks said engine sensors, tune up, etc. Less than $600.00 later in one day. Praise God. I was good as new. Ran like a champ all the way home and since then. Honest owners… good people. Extremely grateful to Dionna and Mr Cork. The real surprise here Dionna 😘 my husband works for USAA and is over it’s Collision Center Star Program for the state of Louisiana. I’m hoping all USAA members use
