I went in because of a noise coming from my brakes. The service may have been fast, however the mechanics said I needed ball joints and that 1/2 my brakes were still there. Fast forward 3 months my son comes to change my ball joints and look at my brakes. Ball joints did not need changing, but my driver side tire was locked up and my rotor RUINED BECAUSE I DIDNT HAVE ANY BRAKE PADS LEFT. WHEN I CALLED TO TALK TO THEM, THEIR RESPONSE WAS WELL I DONT KNOW WHAT YOU WANT US TO DO! A simple brake job would have saved me hundreds. THATS WHAT I WENT IN FOR TO HAVE MY BRAKES CHECK AND WAS TOLD I WAS GOOD

Had tires put on 1/29/18 then front end work done 2/2/18 on Monday 2/2 the right front tire started rubbing on something . they said they would look at it for me nice of them. 1 worker speaking under his breath or so he thought said " Take it to a mechanic". Great idea i will never return to discount tire. You can take $1400 from me for work but if i have a problem well not your problem? my free tire rotation will not be used thank you. desk staff very nice and mechanic very helpful but one bad apple ruins this place
