I don't have insurance so I was calling a few Dentist to ask a few questions before making an appointment. The person on the phone acted like she was not sure of prices and said I would just have to come in for a office visit at a cost of $100 plus. When I explained I would like to ask a few questions before I paid out $100 plus just to see if I would change dentist to them. She hung up on me. Note I was over nice when talking to her, but I got the feeling that she did not have time for a potential new customer.

Beware think he's a good dentist had work done there went back for a cleaning that is covered by insurance the said I needed a deep cleaning $3500 . Paid about $110 out of pocket for the appointment teeth didn't get cleaned..Remembered hearing the same story at work from a reputable person went to another dentist said that wasn't needed.

So very thankful I found this dentist and his team. I haven’t had great experiences with dentists as an adult. The ease with this one began with making the appointment. I made it at least a month in advance knowing that I did need some work after the initial exam and cleaning. When they called to confirm the appointment, unfortunately I had to reschedule due to a conflict. She rescheduled the appointment, but it was over a month out to get into the Carterville office, but I was put on the cancellation call list. They had an appointment open up the same week I was originally scheduled and I jumped

1. SUPER nice, 2. SUPER gentle, 3. Easy to work with, 4. Takes my insurance. First of all, Dr. Fredrickson and his wife are the nicest people EVER - super kind and understanding, and talking to Neicey always puts a smile on my face. My hygienist was quick but gentle and I left with squeaky clean teeth and a pretty good understanding of my overall dental health. The doctor addressed all my questions and concerns very knowledgeably. Finallly, they take my insurance - YAAAAYYY! I use Colonial Life/Starmount and my friend uses Delta Dental, and they accept both. I am recommending my friends that use

I was terrified of the dentist because of a traumatic experience as an adolescent. When I had a severe issue with my teeth Carterville family dentistry made time for me and took away my fear of the dentist. Both reasonably priced and a very caring staff. I have been back several times and will continue to go back as well as transferring my whole family in to there care. Best dentist around!!!
