Just had my routine cleaning. Everything was great, as usual! The doc and staff are always on time, friendly, professional and thorough. I'm actually relaxed in the dentist's chair and I'm sure most people would find that surprising! I always recommend them because I know people will get great care.

I have been coming to Dr. Guebert’s office since I was 4 years old. He is the best in southern Illinois and I will never go anywhere else. The staff is professional and courteous and the office is immaculately clean. Amanda is my dental hygienist and she is kind, compassionate, and gentle. U cannot sing their praises enough.

After calling to enquirer about a typical 6 month cleaning. I eventually gave up, and called elsewhere. The women who answered the phone was awful! She wouldn't let me get a word in. Interrupted me every time I tried to speak. She also let me know that you must first come in for an 80 minute consultation. Then they will schedule an appointment. I had never heard of such a thing, and was trying to ask if insurances (in general) cover the 80 minute consult. She got defensive and started saying how the dentist was more thorough and If I wanted to go to a dentist that was not that thorough...
