Located in historic downtown Wisconsin Dells, The Dells Distillery is an old western themed family friendly bar and restaurant. We specialize in braised pulled pork and chicken and bring a unique twist to tater tots to the Wisconsin Dells. Extra crispy tortilla chips covered with your choice of beef, chicken or pork and monterey jack cheese sauce.

Food is fantastic. Note: not an actual distillery - they have a house liquor with origins unknown but a previous review said “in a working distillery” which is not the case. Service was also fantastic. We bought an old fashion [sic] which was good, but Mojito tasted like mint and fingernail polish and a Whisky Shandy which was warmish and had no ice. If you stick to food and beer I think this would have been five stars… we should have asked about their house brand but didn’t.

Very slow service. 3 people working behind the bar and would rather stand and talk than serve customers. Also have not seen one person wash their hands after playing with hair, scratching their legs before serving food to customers. Also the cook has 1 plastic glove on that he has touched raw food, the fridge, serving baskets etc.. would not recommend this place.
