To start this off I need to say that I am not a poster and not a complainer. I own a small business and we strive to do our very best work for each customer. I also understand that you cannot please everyone, but I still make an effort to help people. My wife contacted LEI engineering after Home Adviser gave her their name and phone number. She was told that it would be $700.00 to locate the pins, which was payable before they would even set up an appointment. She set up a time for a survey crew to come to our property and do the job. She was told that they would be at the residence at 2:00 P.M
