We filed our family based green card through Brian. Forms were not filled out by a competent person which was upsetting to see after paying significant fees (the filing category was wrongly typed in as asylum case!)
Brian took his time during meetings - but it seems like a case like ours did not deserve much attention to detail and that left us disappointed. I shouldn't be the one finding mistakes in the forms when I pay an attorney to fill them out.

Brian has been an not only and amazing lawyer but also a very understanding human being.. I would like to tell you guys a little of what I went through. Brian Oneil is a great lawyer. He is compassionate, understanding and above all, he knows the law. He won a case for me which apparently at the time did not have much of a precedent.
