Each member of our team applies years of lead counsel experience consulting and representing clients in a variety of intellectual property (IP) practice areas, including IP litigation and patent and trademark services.
Vincent practices intellectual property and technology law and has spent over 20 years successfully representing clients in Court, before administrative agencies and in the negotiating room. He focuses on patent litigation, Inter Partes Review Proceedings and patent strategy in high technology areas such as IP networking, digital security, encryption and telephony.
Jason DeMont is a partner of McGeary Cukor LLC and has over 25 years of experience in patent law. He specializes in patent preparation and prosecution. Jason loves technology, inventing, and helping clients convert inventions into a valuable asset. Since 1991, Jason has personally written and prosecuted hundreds of patent applications in the electrical, computer, and mathematical arts.
Preston Granbery has over 40 years' experience representing business clients - from small start-ups to multi-billion dollar international corporations. His practice has focused on four major areas: commercial law; financing, primarily private transactions from angel rounds to private equity investments; mergers and acquisitions, including as lead counsel on over $2 billion worth of transactions; and intellectual property management.
Ken has been a Patent Attorney and, before that, a Patent Agent for over 15 years. Ken prepares and prosecutes a wide variety of patent applications in the electrical, software, and mechanical arts. He is also experienced with various post-grant procedures (e.g.,r eexamination practice, inter partes review) and the preparation of invalidity contentions.
