Staff is friendly and I love the location and the property. Very small and beautiful. I have the loudest neighbor above me and nothing has been done about it. My complaints mean nothing so I live everyday listening to her and her little boy pound on my head. The only quiet time is around 11pm. It makes me sad and I feel I am being pushed out of my apartment because there is a very disrespectful family living above me. I have countless audio of the banging but it will do me no good. I am currently looking to move but that is proving to be difficult so I am left to put up with this complete disrespect

Lived here 9 months the manager is so professional and really cares. A real nice well kepted complex. My place was immaculate . Great maintance staff. Friendly caring and above all safe.

I lived at Heritage Oaks for 3 years with my family and have very little to complain about it, the staff were always friendly and responsive and the neighbors were good as well. There will always be a few people you don't like as much, but no one who made living there unenjoyable.

The property is well kept. Quiet neighborhood with really friendly staff. They are SO responsive to maintenance requests. It is a wonderful place to live with a nice walking trail, picnic area, and car wash station. I would definitely recommend this complex.

I love love love it here! It's not a huge complex very quiet all year round. Staff is very friendly. If you need maintenance they are right on time!

Currently living at Heritage Oaks, I've been here for 5 years. This complex is managed very professionally, maintenance issues are handled quickly and competently by an onsite maintenance person. It's quiet and the lovely grounds and landscaping, surrounded by beautiful heritage oaks, make for enjoyable walks. Great neighbors!
