Trash apartment but no dumpsters to be found. No parking available, park on the street to have your vehicle damaged by tree sap or the homeless living next to the complex. Overpaying for rent is an understatement. Management will tow your car same day without warning. Insects and pests infesting the alleyways and apartment corridors. The dreadful smell near the office and laundry space is unbearable. Sink has no hot water. Customer service is horrible and they do not care about the renters. They only care about the money. So today is 8/13/21 I woke up with no notice or email tried to call the office multiple times no answer the hot water is not again working as me and my wife have to get up and ready for work and can't even take a hot shower some apartment IF YOU THINKING ABOUT MOVING IN DON'T UNLESS U DONT MIND GOING TO WORK WITHOUT A SHOWER. Office staff act like they care but they don't care about you all they care about is money. Please people take your money and go find somewhere that will actually make sure you are living good for 1300a month.

Move here if you enjoy the following:
- Roaches painted over & painted into your cabinets. Yes, instead of properly resolving the issue before they allowed a new tenant to move in, they chose to paint over roaches, indicating that the issue was present before move-in, and management knew about it. See pictures attached.
- Never having a place to park your car, including the parking spot that is assigned to you that you pay for monthly. Then, residents will threaten physical violence when you park in your assigned parking spot, simply because they feel entitled to your spot. Management will do

I would give these apartments 0 Stars if I could .
Let me Explain:
For starters , when we first moved here we picked an apartment that was suppose to be fully remodeled . When we arrived with our U-Haul full of stuff , the manager showed us our apartment , and to our surprise it was the completely wrong apartment ! We had to stay there one night , Until they could fix the problem and put us into the apartment we chose . Next day they show us another apartment and it’s also the WRONG ONE . We had no choice but to stay !
Parking: Parking is at FULL CAPACITY . People park in your parking spot

What is this place anymore??? i complained multiple times about the loud neighbors that’s waking up the entire apartment complex and they’re doing absolutely nothing about it, i called the new security and none of them ever show up, i’m sick and tired of this new management, unless you want loud neighbors screaming at 3 in the morning and high rent come here, you’ll fit right in!

We moved out in April 2019. The following was our experience:
In the 3 years we have been here our rent has been raised twice on a tiny 550 square foot loft apartment. The convenient gate near our apartment was permanently locked less than a year after moving in. Homeless folks go through our trash nightly making all kinds of racket. People fight at night in the parking lot. The neighborhood has gone from bad to much worse. The AC unit we complained about the noisiness of never has gotten fixed. And in the past year roaches have moved in to stay. This month they raised the rent again if we dont

Two people stand out to me at Westwood. Emily in the office is very professional, understanding, kind, knows her stuff, communicates well and promptly. I'm always happy to work with her. The second is the Maintenance worker Sam! He truly goes over and beyond expectation, is very nice and an honest worker. I'm grateful to be able to count on a team like them.

Very bad apartments. service are very bad also. they charge me every month a lot of money! I pay now $1,277 for one bedroom !!. laundry doesnt work, last time i have used it, it charged me $ 10 and didnt work!. the new manger not friendly at all. dont waste your time here! .. I have very bad experiance.
