We assist in creating lifestyle changes, rather than focusing on weight loss. Non-scale victories are proof of progress-decreased pain, increased energy and strength, inches lost, better posture, better flexibility, and a boost in endorphins that can help improve mental health.

My name is Naida Rodriguez-Rosado and I am the founder of The FFXP. We are a Mobile Gym that promotes health and fitness in the comfort of your home or business. I started this business to create change in peoples life style through fitness and nutrition. We are a team of individuals that care as much about your fitness goals as you do and we'll be there every step of the way.

We embrace change and work to improve all we do in a fiscally responsible manner. Is built on the collective strength and cultural diversity of everyone, working with open communication and mutual respect.
Here at The Fitness Fury X-Perience, we are committed to not only helping people achieve their fitness goals, but also helping students to continue their education in the health and wellness fields. The FFXP'S Fitness Foundation does just that by awarding 3 high school seniors in Connecticut with a financial award to offset the cost of achieving their dream.
For many years, The Fitness Fury X-Perience has been providing friendly, personal attention to its members, helping them stay fit, active and healthy. We are here to help you reach all of your fitness goals. Fitness Fury X-perience is amazing. They have an amazing group of people that are dedicated to the mobile gym experience. The instructors that they have are great and extremely helpful. They are dedicated to teh community and have really mad a name for themselves.
The company is family owned and they always find time to host all types of events to include all walks of life. They cater to all and every age. In the more recent year my kids had the privilege of have them host gym class for a session or two since the gym teacher was out. They offer a wide range of classes as well as personal training
