Each of our trainers has gone through a personal transformation and breakthrough of their own. We are motivated and passionate about what we do. Your success is our success. There is no greater feeling than knowing you have helped someone. My passion for fitness and assisting others is what drives me everyday.
Our model is different than most fitness programs out there. We take a holistic approach to the well-being of all our clients. Fitness is a combination of being mentally and physically sound. Our bodies not only need exercise, but just as, if not more important, the proper nutrition to stay healthy and energized.
Our pricing varies depending on your goals, the program you choose and the length of time you commit to it. And while we realize that price is important, your goals are what's even more important. We give our clients several payment options to choose from including family and individual plans, yearly plans, monthly plans, corporate class and remote session plans and pricing for our Fitbody Kids program.

I’ve been going to empowered fitbody since March 2017 and absolutely love it! Liz is incredible with helping me stay focused and on track with training and meal plans. The work outs are always different and challenging me in new ways. The entire program is like family to me and we all push and support each other

Liz is an amazing trainer! She takes the time to show the exercises and is always there to ensure that proper technique is being done. Every workout is challenging and different.

I've been at Empowered Fit Body since the beginning of the year and with persistency, focus and motivation I was able to lose weight and most importantly keep a healthy diet and a leaner body. Liz is awesome and I love that she focuses on each person individually and according to their needs, I am expecting and she always modifies the workouts for me. This is the place to go if you need extra motivation and you can't do it on your own, Liz will push you to do your best and get the results you're looking for.

I decided to try Empowered Fitbody as a stress relief from my busy day and got so much more. I have gotten in shape by training safely, eating healthy with the meal programs offered and met so many women with the same wants and needs. I have tried other gyms but found a place to stay with Liz and her workout programs. Everyone should try this program and you might just end up a Spartan like me!! Thanks so much Liz!

I have been going to Empowered Fitbody and training with Liz and her team since July of 2017, and my only regret is not starting sooner! Liz is a fantastic coach- she motivates, holds you accountable, and provides lots of one-on-one coaching to ensure you are getting the most out of the program and your workouts. The small group workouts are challenging but fun, and you definitely feel accomplished (and sweaty!) at the end. In two years, I have managed to keep off 60+ pounds, lose countless inches and dress sizes, and have gained strength, confidence, and a supportive fitness family. I cannot recommend

I’ve been a part of Empowered Fitbody since December 2018. I decided to join because I realized I finally needed to change my habits and lifestyle, which were overwhelmed by a lot of stress. In the first few weeks of working out with Liz and following her nutritional guidelines, I was able to see a major difference in my mood, overall functioning, strength, the way my clothes fit me and my motivation to continue to follow the program. It’s been almost 10 months and I’ve gotten to the point where i look forward to go to the gym and work out and miss it when I’m away for too long! The workouts

I started my journey at Empowered Fitbody in July of 2017. I was overweight, sluggish, had poor eating habits, and knew very little about working out. Liz Maia and the other trainers have changed all of that, and have positively impacted my life in too many ways to count.
