Happy Tails

We trust our cats' health to the kind professionals at Happy Tails. They are quick to get us in for appointments when we call with issues, and keep track of what our kitties need to stay healthy long term. It's a clean, comfortable, and calming environment, which helps when we arrive because one of ours is car-anxious. All the staff are consistently personable and professional, and the doctors treat our animals with respect and help explain the health of our cats in easy to understand ways.

I recently switched to this vet practice as my mother is a current client and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Dr. Hodges is a knowledgeable and friendly veterinarian who goes the extra mile in explaining things in a way that is easy to understand regarding your pet’s medical concerns. The vet technicians and front desk staff are also exceptional and treat you as a friend rather than just someone walking in to give you business that day. The office atmosphere is very warm and welcoming and as someone who doesn’t deal well with change I was a bit reluctant to switch practices but I’m very happy

Super friendly staff! They really make sure you understand what's going on especially since they're doing curbside appointments and take your pet inside without you.

I am taking away a few stars. Their prices are unaffordable. The cost to get your cat spayed is the highest out of all of the local vets that I contacted by an additional $300. I would not recommend.

Very nice place. Very clean. My cat is extremely shy, antisocial, and afraid of everyone. They took good care of him. Kept him calm and were as gentle as they could be.

My first experience with happy tails was today, and let me tell you, my boy was nervous. Dr. Hodges was incredibly understanding. Every employee there that I spoke with truly loves animals. I had always gone to another vet, but no more. I was truly impressed, and I look forward to working with them again. Thank you sooooo much Dr. Hodges! You are amazing!

I started out feeling like I had a really good relationship with the vet and this clinic. I had been encouraged to do emails, to ask questions, be involved in my dog’s care, etc. Unfortunately, after today, I learned that none of their approach was genuine. When I had forgotten something that was needed for an apt this afternoon (free libre sensor), I was railroaded with unprofessional conduct by both the tech, Morgan, and the vet, Dr. Hodges. I am completely shocked and taken aback by how they have handled this situation—and because of this will be seeking out a new provider. I am passionate

I absolutely love Happy Tails. Both my dogs go there and they receive the best care. They go above and beyond for their clients and their pricing is reasonable. We have mostly seen Dr Hodges and she’s fantastic. You can tell that everyone in the office truly cares for animals and treats them like one of their own. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vet.

Dr. Hodges and her staff are amazing. Three years ago my chihuahua became incredibly ill. When he finally pulled through, we realized we had a long road of recovery ahead of us. Unfortunately we couldn't find the right doctor to help us. We went through specialist after specialist. They tried up charging us by thousands of dollars and dismissed every concern that we had for our dog. That's when Dr. Hodges stepped in. Happy tails is the best vet clinic imo. They are always so helpful and truly care about the pets the treat. They are non judgemental and happy to educate.
