Christal was everything we could have ever wanted in a wedding coordinator! Hands down the best money we spent for our wedding! She took care of any and all issues that arose with any of our vendors from start to finish. She made our day picture perfect and we didn’t have to worry about absolutely anything the day of. Aimee from Sweetly Paired reached out to me on Facebook when I posted in a wedding group that I was looking for a venue. I needed to find a venue somewhere where the altitude wasn't too high as my Grandparents have COPD and can't travel to high altitude locations. She said she could help. My fiance set up a call with her and they discussed her services and she said she'd be able to help us find a venue that fit our needs. However, she sent along the contract for full service wedding planning as opposed to her venue finding service. When we asked her to send over the correct contract

Bailey and Kristin, I can't thank you enough for the wonderful job you did at the wedding! It made the day go as smoothly as possible. You were everywhere you needed to be when you were needed, and that was a lot of places as this wedding day unfolded.
At the reception the tables were set up so perfectly and everything looked exactly as we had hoped it would.

Where to begin with this team....we met with a couple wedding planners prior to meeting with Lilli of Sweetly Paired, and it only took a few minutes for us to know she and her team were who we wanted. We chose the "day of" package, but it was so much more than day of. Lilli was fantastic with helping us come up with our concept. She wasn't afraid to tell us things that would and would not work with her incredible experience planning weddings. I can't say enough amazing things about Lilli Black the Sweetly Paired team! My husband and I were planning a wedding at the top of a 12,000 ft mountain, in mid-December, while living 3,300 miles away in Honolulu. Lilli was a godsend from day 1! Over an entire year of planning, the team constantly kept checking with us, even when there was nothing yet to do, and helped us make every important decision along the way. They come prepared with a list of outstanding vendors, and all you have to do is choose which best suits you.

My *now husband* and I just got married last week in Keystone, Colorado on top of a mountains and we couldn't have done it with Lilli and the Sweetly Paired team! Darren and I just moved to Colorado and were living here for about 5 months before we got engaged so we had no idea where to even look for venues or even gone to any weddings here to get suggestions from friends. Lilli and her team did an outstanding job with our wedding and truly went the extra mile for us! If you are on the fence about getting a wedding planner, I highly recommend it! Lilli was incredibly organized and asked us about so many small things that we would've completely forgotten if it weren't for her. My bridal party was very impressed with how on top of things she was at our rehearsal. She even told us how to pose properly while we exchanged rings!

Father of the Bride posting here. Wow! Lilli and team, and it is a team effort, are fantastic. Worked with us from beginning to end. From helping select the wedding venue over a year in advance, to helping us select the numerous vendors needed to pull off a wedding and reception, to even cleaning up and picking up after the big event. Always there to organize, advise and consult; and they think of all the little things you may not be aware of. Great communicators and flawless execution. Hire them...you'll be glad you did!

Lilli and her team at Sweetly Paired were so wonderful!! We were planning a Vail, Colorado wedding from afar from Atlanta GA so we were having to choose our vendors and venue site unseen. Without Lilli's help, I don't think we could have pulled it all together and I KNOW it wouldn't have been as amazing! The whole team was so sweet and very responsive. I highly recommend!!

Lilli is amazing! She has been spot on every step of the way in our planning journey. We postponed our wedding until next year due to buying a house this summer and she contacted all our vendors and was able to switch the dates effortlessly. After deciding to do a small destination wedding to the Colorado mountains this summer, I quickly realized I needed help with planning. Lilli was both our florist, through Bella Calla, and day of wedding coordinator for my daughter at Lakewood Country Club this past weekend. I cannot express how beautiful the flowers were. Lilli met with us months before the wedding and she spoke with my daughter so she could discern her likes and dislikes when it came to color and type of flower. I worked with both Bella Calla (Lilli's flower shop!) and Sweetly Paired for my wedding. I absolutely could not believe all the things I didn't think about when I was planning. Lilli and her assistant were both amazing before the wedding, helping me calm down about details, and settling my mom down. When we sat down, one of the things she told me was that the goal of the coordinator is that me, my fiancee, and my family would not be working that day. She told me her team would have everything under control so that we could have fun... and she was SO right! I'm sure something went wrong that day

I can’t put into words how wonderful an experience working with Lilli was for our intimate mountain wedding. We were trying to plan the entire thing long distance and wanted a planner who would help with vendors and make the process easier.
