I just purchased a home as a rental that this company had as a listing. As soon as I closed on the property, I discovered the lock box was gone (within 30 minutes of our closing). I called and asked where the lock box was because it is their responsibility to provide me with the keys after closing on the property. The broker (Maggie Smith) copped a serious attitude with me and said she was pissed off? I don't know why she would be pissed off..I was the one who had a right to be upset over the situation.

Update* ME and my family did rent from this "company" and it was the WORST experience!
It would take two pages to list everything that is wrong with this so called company... Let me just tell you that I came home to find one of their "maintenance" guys drinking a beer while on the job.
THE WORST!!!!! My family and I tried to rent from this company. The realator that was handling the house we were applying for didn't answer her phone for the five days that we tried to contact her, the company couldn't even reach her! We never did get our calls returned. What a great way to run a business!!! Avoid

I was a model tenant for over two years at a property in Tempe. I never missed my rent and kept the place in good shape. When I gave my 30 day notice, i acknowledge a blemish on the wall that I would repair, but would need to paint code to complete. I spent all month trying to get the code from them, plenty of unanswered phone calls, 48 hrs before the final walk through, Josh advised me to "just match it as best you can". During the walk through Josh hardly spoke and didn't even acknowledge the repair despite me pointing it out. He only noted that the place was not as clean as he would like. I

I first met Steve (Skip) Rohl last year, when I was looking for a house to rent. I told him what I wanted, and he found it for me. Once I decided, he helped me deal with the company managing it. So when I decided to buy a house this year, he was the first person I went to. Again, I told him what I wanted, and he found me some options. When my wants changed, he adapted. Once I made my decision, he helped me through the negotiation process. My closing is next week. And, as a bonus, they appraised the house at $12k more than I paid. Thanks Skip! In 2006 Maggie S. from Valley Executives helped my find the perfect property to buy. In 2013, after a bankruptcy and divorce, Valley Executive helped me find a house where I could start my new life! It was very difficult for them to get me qualified for a lease, but they never quit until they found me the perfect place! It is a pleasure to do business with them every month.
