Services
Encompass investigates building problems and failures that cause property damage or personal injury. We determine the root cause of the problem, whether it be from incorrect design, improper construction procedures, lack of maintenance, weather damage, or defective materials. Encompass performs heat and cooling load evaluations and equipment evaluations to address tenant discomfort.
Our Role: General contractor for $8M stucco, metal panel, brick facade, and mechanical restoration. Our Role: General contractor for $1 Million restoration including stucco and brick replacement, window and door replacement/repair, foundation waterproofing repairs, and roof repairs.
Encompass verifies that the building envelope and the mechanical and plumbing systems are constructed in accordance with the building design and achieve the owner's project requirements.

Encompass is a recipient of an ACEC of Minnesota 2014 Engineering Excellence Award for their role in the 1200 On The Mall / 1225 LaSalle Plaza Revelopment Project. Nate Willson, Senior Project Engineer and Curt Isernhagen, Principal, are shown accepting the award for Encompass at the awards banquet held at the Crowne Plaza in St. Paul.

I bought my first property and had to learn somethings the hard way. Fortunately for me the company Encompass Inc. exists, not only were they quick to respond but also quick to schedule a diagnostic visit. Long story short the the building I moved into has some issues with the roof, specifically water leaks. They came out and not only tested the roof but were patient and generous with answering all the questions I had from simple to complex. They are very professional and courteous, and fun to talk to. To the extent that they came back and did some repairs even though that's not really what
