I had a one-off part that I needed designed/manufactured, so I e-mailed Jim. He called me (didn't just reply to the e-mail) in less than a day and in minutes we had a plan optimizing quality & cost. We were looking for a 3D CAD drawing of a part for an invention that is being developed. I contacted Lava Design via email, and they got back to me promptly. Our job was very small and after some discussion about what we were looking for they did it for us for free. We have the design being produced now for testing. My company makes promotional products for organizations, the government, reunions, etc.. I am a single mom inventor with a niche product, hard to explain to most. I met with Joe and he understood my vision. He helped keep the cost manageable for me, and did a great job. I worked with both Joe for my marketing material and Paul for the design of my product. They were both wonderful and I am so glad I found this company.
