Services
Watch Me Grow Child Care and Preschool is a small privately owned school that was founded by Julie Costello. Julie was a Preschool Teacher for 10 years before taking a position with a non-profit agency in Arizona that worked to improve child care services throughout the State. She has a Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education and has always been passionate about the field.
Watch Me Grow Childcare has three great locations located in the Chandler area of Arizona: our Lindsay Road facility, our Power Road location, and our newest location soon to open - our Riggs Road location (located at the NE corner of Val Vista and Riggs Road). You can find out a little about each of our childcare facilities by reading the brief introductions below, visiting our Facebook pages, and scheduling a tour.
If you are interested in enrollment at Watch Me Grow Preschool, please schedule a tour of our school. Keep in mind, that Watch Me Grow typically has a waiting list in place for all classrooms so it is a good idea to visit us early to ensure we have a space for your child when you need it. Please keep us informed of any changes in medical or emergency information.
Watch Me Grow Preschool provides all meals for children ages 1 and up. We use a local Gilbert, AZ catering company who delivers meals daily for the children. In most cases, we are able to provide alternate meals for children with food allergies and/or aversions. Our meals are kid friendly, nutritious and healthy.
At Watch Me Grow Child Care, we focus on the needs of very young children. Research proves that the years between zero -six are extremely important to the overall development and healthy growth of a child. We pride ourselves on being aware of the very latest in research and development in regards to early childhood education.

Watch me grow is an amazing place for exactly that being able to watch your child grow, explore and learn. My baby is only 6 months old but people think he is older and more advanced and I have to thank the teachers for that. He is the happiest when he is at school and I love the freedom he has to explore and not be restricted. The teachers understand the anxiety of leaving your baby and love them like their own. I really can not thank watch me grow enough for giving me a place to feel safe and a place for my baby to grow.

We love this location, My kiddos don't even cry when they are being dropped off! That alone is such a great feeling. Just knowing our boys are in such a fun and safe learning environment and we can login on the cameras and watch whenever we want is so reassuring. The staff is so helpful and welcoming I highly recommend this location.

I had to pull my two month old daughter after attending Watch Me Grow for only two days. These photos with my child’s head drooping while sleeping, unsupported and in a floor seat meant for children who are able to hold their heads up were SENT to me by two different teachers, on the same day via their reporting application! This means that they don’t understand the importance of the most basic fundamentals of childcare!
I emailed the director and assistant director about the issue and there was no apology or acknowledgment of wrongdoing.

This review has been long over due but here it goes. We enrolled our son on a whim last year as we had just moved to Arizona and needed a daycare ASAP. We did some research and this was the closest option with cameras. We took a chance and enrolled that day and it has been the best decision we could have made for him. Not only have they been DILIGENT about covid protocols to protect the children, my son continues to be more advanced in his vocabulary, social and learning skills than most of his friends that are not at WMG.

Leaving our first born son at 3 months old with complete strangers was one of the hardest things anyone will do as a parent. If you are leaving them with the Watch Me Grow staff... HAVE NO FEAR!! Every single person in this company cares and loves each child that walks through their doors. Each day your child will be greeted by smiling faces and an excited teacher to spend the day with. We have to give a huge shout out to Ms. Amanda in the Cuddle Bugs 1 classroom for being absolutely amazing with our son. The updates throughout the day put my mind at ease knowing that he is having a blast!! 10

Watch me grow Excellent childcare facility and would recommend it to all parents. It's safe, clean, modern and you can watch little one with cameras. My toddler had attended another popular daycare prior; two separate locations; teachers did their best but overall the company was a bureaucratic nightmare; appeared to only care about money. A Major selling point was no critical issues found on Az Dept child safety website; the location/interior environment clean/modern and did I mention cameras!! It was evident from get go; The owners priority is child safety and fostering a positive environment

I truly cannot say enough good things about WMG! I have 3 children and have gone to several daycare centers over the last 9 years and this is by far the best. They genuinely seem to care about the kids and enjoy being around them. You can tell that the teachers themselves are treated well and they pass that along. They are super accommodating to schedule changes, dietary restrictions, and any other requests we make. They handled any covid cases very well and I will never send my kids anywhere else! So happy to have people that care as much about my kiddo as I do :)

I'm so happy with Watch Me Grow! I can't imagine my children going anywhere else. They've been there over a year now. Even after moving quite a distance from the center, the drive is worth it. I love the staff and my children do too. I was initially sold on the camera system but after seeing my children's growth, I don't feel the need to check in on them all the time. I know they're in great hands, learning lots and being well cared for!❤ Thank you Ms. Julie and all the WMG staff.

WMG is an AMAZING child care facility! The staff is simply wonderful! My daughter is in one of the infant classrooms. I know she is learning something new every day and is in great hands. It's been fun to watch my daughter develop based on her daily interactions with other kiddos and staff. She loves going to "school". The staff truly cares about each and every child.
I am also an employee. I can say that Ms. Julie and the rest of the management team do their best to meet all of their staffs needs. Everything from time off to a quick potty break. Ms. Julie truly values her employees

Working at Watch Me Grow for almost 13 years now has been such a rewarding and a wonderful experience in my career as a teacher. I met with Julie back in 2006, when she kindly gave me the opportunity to be a part of such a calm, nurturing and lovely environment where teachers are happy, appreciated, respected and always cared for. Not only do I work for Watch Me Grow but my 2 year old daughter has been attending the school since we opened last April. The teachers my daughter has had go above and beyond for her well being and happiness, as well as the other staff members who aren't even her specific teachers day in and day out. As a staff member, we find so much importance in loving on every child that comes through the door and my coworkers 100% put that into play with my daughter. We love everything about WMG!! Everyone is so compassionate and attentive. My daughter is in Mrs Christina's class room and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her, my little is obsessed with her. My daughter has a severe autoimmune disease and they have accommodated every request I've ever had. I love that you can access every camera in the facility at any time, definitely puts me at ease knowing I can check on her whenever I want!

I can't say enough great things about this place. The teachers are AMAZING. They are loving, attentive, and it's obvious that they enjoy being there. It's hard to leave my kids, but I feel good taking them here because they have fun and learn so much. The facilities are kept very clean. Everyone is so nice. I really can't think of anything negative to say.
Another bonus: being able to watch my kids through the cameras anywhere at anytime via my phone or computer gives me peace of mind. They also use the Brightwheel app where I can see posted photos/videos, and receive updates

I am so grateful to have found a wonderful daycare/ preschook for my kiddos!
We switched from a very well known commercialized daycare where we were so unhappy with!
I have to say this place has exceeded my expectations! I loved it since the minute we toured and I sometimes cry happy tears so have come across miss Julie and her caring environment.
I love the level of attention to detail given with the little kids. Love the notes and updates we get throughout the day rather than waiting for it after the day is over! Pictures always make my day :) having cameras is a plus for a peace of mind

We pulled my son from another high rated daycare in the area. After a month at the previous daycare, he came home upset, crying, and wouldn't want to go the next day. After several talks with the director, we walked away.

This daycare facility is AMAZING! We had toured several local childcare centers in our area and although some had all the bells and whistles, this one was by far our favorite. The day we toured Watch me Grow my 5 year old says to me, "Mom, I like the smell here". This place is very clean and the staff are warm and friendly. I love the daily pictures they send me of my kids playing or learning throughout the day. It gives me such peace of mind seeing how happy they are and looking forward to their next day at "school". Being a new, full time working mother, I was very nervous about the whole day

I cannot say enough good things about Watch Me Grow, and the teachers there. My kids love their teachers and their faces light up when they see them. They look forward to school and are sad on days they don't go.
Straight up, it's hard leaving your kids with someone else, but WMG makes it so much easier with daily pictures, messages, 24/7 cameras so you can check in any time. Plus everyone there is amazing and so kind. Seriously, if you're on the fence about this place, don't be.

My 3 1/2 month old daughter has been going to this daycare for a month now and we love it! She is all smiles when I pick up and drop her off. It is nice to be able to watch her on the camera and get photo updates through out the day. The teachers are so caring and it is comforting knowing that she is in such good hands.

Really enjoying this daycare so far! My 20 month old has a great time while she is there. You get tons of updates during the day as well as pictures and you can access the live camera footage at any time! All of the teachers I have experienced in my daughters room and so sweet and seem to really enjoy what they do, which makes a big difference in care.

My toddler just started at Watch Me Grow and he loves it! We had gone to another preschool previously and he would start crying when we pulled into the parking lot begging to go home. When we get to Watch Me Grow, he walks right in like he owns the place. No tears, all smiles. Everyone is friendly and his teachers are kind and patient. Highly recommend!
