Eric and I would like to let you know how very satisfied we were with how you handled the whole purchase of our condo in Oceana. Your prompt response to texts and calls if necessary and your follow through on any actions that needed to be taken were greatly appreciated.
Since the seller was in another country and we were in another state the challenges of negotiating on our behalf through the whole transition were daunting. Due to the prompt home inspection you arranged while I was still in Oceanside we were able to renegotiate our original offer due to deficiencies we were unaware

Danuta is honestly THE BEST realtor I’ve ever worked with! She helped us through the ENTIRE journey, every step of the way. She’s very, very SMART, HARD WORKING (she will work for you until very late hours and weekends!), super ORGANIZED, and on point. I’m a control freak, but for the first time in my life I felt I could actually take a step back and have someone, her, take care of our transaction, and she did a FANTASTIC JOB!
