Valiant Realty & Management LLC. is a real estate brokerage that emphasizes property management. We know how important it is for an owner to seek out a company with established property managers. With today's trend of renting single family homes, there are more real estate sales agents in property management at the current time than ever before.
Valiant is primarily a property management company. However, with the market changing for the better and many of our current clients requesting it, we have decided to incorporate sales into our focus. With listings selling so quickly, and so many prepared to buy or invest now. We don't have the same corporate expenses and overhead that a big franchise or national chain has.
Our pledge is to maintain the property and provide the best possible support to your client and smoothly transition them back to you once they are ready to sell. As property management specialists we only focus on property management and will never take your client away from you. We are your resource in property management.
The tenant procurement fee is 60% of the 1st month's rent, for every month that follows the fee is $ 150.00. There are no other management fees from the company. It depends on the home's condition, how much you want in rent, and what the local market will support. We place a tenant on average well below 30 days, in many cases we can have a tenant within a week or two.

As a person who has moved 12 times in 25 years, I have found Charles and Valiant Realty to be incredibly professional, responsive, and knowledgeable about the availability of both rentals and homes for sale in the Jacksonville area. Relocating is never easy, however, Charles has so many contacts with service companies in the area that he can get help for a problem very quickly and can usually get a few estimates so as to benefit both the tenant and the owner in both convenience and cost. I highly recommend Valiant Realty for any of your housing needs.

I would like to start this review by stating that i have never used Valiant services but my wife and I just reach out this week to Charles the owner to talk about possibly bringing our future rentals under his management. The response we got was that he has been growing very rapidly and that he has to see where we have our houses since they are very "selective" on the areas they manage today. On top of that we had a meeting scheduled with him today and this is the response we got an hour before the meeting.

My partner and I rented a property managed by Valiant for one year. It was not a good experience. This review is lengthy, but the details feel important, and I would want to know them before signing a lease with this company. The apartment was nice enough, but not worth the hassle that it was to interact with our property manager, Charles. He was inconsistent, emotionally volatile, and perpetually defensive and aggrieved. As a first time landlord, my wife and I were very nervous about the process. Charles was super at answering our question and always being quick to follow up with us. The service did not stop there, Nina was assigned to manager our property and has been excellent at handling any issues. We had planned on selling this year but due to the ease of the process, we are continuing to lease it with Valiant taking care if it for us.

Charles and the Valiant Team have been amazing to work with. Shortly after moving out of our home and using Valiant to rent and manage our property we had a significant issue with the property. I moved into my apartment at the same time that Valiant was taking over from the previous management. They have really improved the building over the past 3 months that I have been living here, and have been proactive in their efforts. Charles has been very prompt with answering questions and resolving any issues/requests as quickly and efficiently as possible. I would highly recommend Valiant for taking good care of a property.

Charles and his team at Valiant Realty are awesome. They always respond to any issues or concerns you may have very quickly. Any maintenance issues you might have are usually taken care of in less than 24 hours. Sometimes even taken care of in just a few hours or less. Any company would be lucky to have them manage their property. I am definitely one happy tenant with no complaints.
