Every time to go to this place they always treat their customers with love. Ashley is the most dedicated and loving person there, not only that she helps you, she goes above and beyond. I had such a pleasant experience here, I am surprised this place is rated so low. The ladies helping me really took their time to match my hair color to my extensions and made sure I picked the best quality hair. They were so nice here!! I bought a wig & a few accessories there today, but had read all the reviews 1st, so I went in prepared for anything. However, I have to say was pleasantly surprised w/my experience. Arieon (hope I got her name correct), a young black female, was very pleasant & informative, answering all my questions (1st wig ever) & although I had a general though on what I wanted, I knew nothing about wigs, so she was a great help & I left satisfied w/o spending a fortune.

Purchased 4 hairpieces from them at different times. I rely on the staff to help pick the color. One of the hairpieces was way off.. The other 3 that I purchased had plastic banana type clips that broke immediately immediately. They would not issue a refund or even an exchange after one day after the purchase. Very rude. Poor customer service.

Went just this morning and the 2 girls in there were not the nicest! I tried having even little conversation and it seemed so force I'll never be back there again and I just moved here I do hair so I was looking for a place to get all my stuff that I'll need weekly but nope I'll go to Sally's or look elsewhere. One girl was ok but the little Asian was so damn rude I wanted to just walk out. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALLLLLLL!

This isn't the beauty supply I usually go to but it was right next to my nail place so I thought I'd give it a try. And I was kinda let down. They have a nice selection of hair products, but not for every hair type. They also had some nice hair pieces but not nearly as many as my primary hair store does. Unfortunately they didn't have everything I needed so I had to go to the bs that I usually go to and when I got there I instantly wanted to return the wig I had bought previously bc I saw something I loved.

I was super excited to find this beauty supply store that was local for all my (and my kids) hair needs. I have been here for years and frequently shop at Trader Joe's and never noticed their store until someone told me about it. Yesterday (March 5, 2019) I needed a pack of braiding hair so, I ran inside to find a pretty decent sized store. I was in a rush and had no time to look around. I grabbed my hair and left with the intention of coming back later to really scope the place out.
Today (3/6/19) I came back to give the store a thorough look and grab some beads and barrettes for my girls

This place is the worst. This is the second time I've called and said I am on my way to pick something up and they close early. I pulled up at 5:52pm (called at 5:42pm) after rushing to get here for the worker to tell me sorry she can't open the doors. Meanwhile, I'm talking to her before the supposed closing time as she sits in her car. This now conflicts with my day tomorrow at work. Unprofessional.

I stopped in the store in February and got a set of Elegante extensions from a very helpful and friendly lady named Summer. She helped refer me to a great stylist (Katie O. at Mosaic) and this has been a very good hair year for me! The extensions have lasted longer than other brands, which Summer told me but I wasn't really in belief until now. Typically, weft extensions last me 4-6 months but I am on month 8 now and they still look good. I look forward to getting my next set from her.

So, I stopped in this store to look at wigs, I saw a couple that I LOVED. I learned that the wigs were $599 but the sale was 50% off, great I thought, $300. I had no time to try on so I went back 2 days later, today.
First thing, I'm told $5 for a wig cap to try 3 wigs. I would get back $4 if I purchased. I thought what kind of BS is this? I paid it because I was CERTAIN I would purchase one of the wigs. As I tried on, this policy kept bugging me but I tried to get over it. There was just one other wig I wanted to see, but I was told to try it on I had to pay another $5. That's it

Found what I was looking for & will bring mom back for a wig since the chemotherapy has made all of her hair fall out. The cancer society gave her one, but she'd like something fun! I took a lot of pictures for her to check out cause it was tough for me to decide. I did find a nice clip in deep pinkish red flair to add to my hair in support of mom's breast cancer.
