The worst customer service ever!!!! Online it says they are open until 8pm I called 6:30pm to see if I could get a quick trim. My hair is extremely short I usually go to a barbershop. I was hung up on twice and… told quick they they are all booked today for me to stop calling. I then tried to call back to simply see if I can get an appointment for the morning. I was told by the Owner they are all booked no attempted to find a day or time to book me. This is very sad as aim visiting from out of town Oakland bay area and wanted to support Black Owned businesses. This was hands down the worst

I spoke with Sharan to set up an appointment and consult. She got me in the same day knowing I was pressed for time. She was personable from the time I entered the shop until I left. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and I got it! She let me know how to style my hair and what I had done that caused it harm. She got right down to business and dealt with my mixed hair that was unruly to me! Loved Sharan, her daughter, the cute and cozy shop and I felt right at home. Found my stylist for life!
