Staff was polite, they're nice people, but gave me genuinely the worst haircut I've ever received. She cut my hair while it was dry - she tried spraying it with the spray bottle, but I guess it didn't work - which resulted in my hair being totally uneven. My hair was also cut just straight across from the back, much like how one would cut a piece of paper in half. I also asked for face-framing pieces in the front and even those are uneven. My hair looks like the way it did when I cut my own hair in my parents' bathroom back in middle school.

I have gotten a hair cut with additional highlights. I had noclue that highlights go to the roots of your hair. I have not colored my hair in 36 years except highlights. The hairdresser told me she wanted to make me look younger.I'm 66 years old why would I want to look younger I'm proud of my age. Need less to say. I will have to find a new hairdresser. Oh yeah most important the haircut/highlights cost $138.00 plus a $30.00 tip. That's for your time. This ends my review.

I would highly recommend the stylist Fanny, she is honest, fast and passionate about her work doing everything possible to please the expectations of her clients. During the time I was there I was able to look at the work of Becca, another stylist who is also very professional and friendly.

I took my 5 year old dsughter here for her first salon experience and everything was incredible. Becca was so good with my little princess, and made her feel very special and grown up. Would highly recommended this place to anyone with kids... everything was great!

They set me up for a app. on a day that they were closed,when i called and told the person on the phone that happened her response was -ya and-there was no apology just a very rude tone like so what:( i thought about giving it another try but i came to my senses and took the message that was given we don't really want you as a customer! I don't know if that's how they treat everyone or if it had to do with me explaining to her when setting the app., and when asking why i was booked on a closed day that the cut was for my 5 year old son that's on the spectrum and may need extra patience from the

Went to get my sons first haircut and he was NOT having it. The hairstylist that worked on his hair was amazing and never made me feel uncomfortable with him crying. One of the workers played YouTube videos on her phone to keep him distracted. I will definitely be going to this salon for years to come ! They also gave him a certificate for his first haircut which I really appreciated ❤️

Fantastic salon! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Honestly got the best haircut I've had in years! So pleased with the whole experience. Becca did exactly what I wanted and made it even cuter than I imagined! I'm in love! The cost is low and service is high, I absolutely recommend this place!

I came here based on a recommendation from my boyfriend who gets his hair cut pretty short so I was a little nervous, especially given my naturally curly hair. But Natalie was amazing, she really listened to what I needed with my hair and adjusted anything that I needed adjusted. They were super friendly, nice, and knowledgeable. I will most definitely be coming back!

I have been coming to Family Styles since 2017 because prices are reasonable and hair dressers are very nice and professional. The place is well kept and clean. I feel safe even now during the pandemic.

Just moved to Vegas & needed a place for my son's haircut. A lot of places are closed on Sundays & I'm so happy I found them. Booked my appt with Lena over the phone & she also did my 5yo's cut. She was sweet & gentle with him. Will def be back :)

A step above Supercuts in skill level. But soooooooo slow...no sense of urgency. Been waiting an hour for one person in front of me. No appointments is a terrible policy. TERRIBLE. As is the no credit cards. Who carries cash anymore? And don't get me started on the random pricing...oh well you have a lot of hair. F that. Today is the last time I'll ever come here, and only came because it is close to my house.

Awesome service! Great personalities that make you feel so comfortable. Although they only do walk-ins, we were able to get 2 cuts and only waited 10 minutes. It's cash only, so thankfully they provide an ATM machine in the salon! Thank you Jen and Jess for being so great!

My 4 year old son and I got a haircut here today. First time here. Staff was very nice. Place was clean with plenty of parking.

Called to schedule appointment, turns out they only take walk ins, they weren't busy so Nina told me to come down. Nina was super friendly and my daughter's hair cut turned out beautiful. They charged extra for adding layers, but still we walked out only paying $16.95.
