First, Melissa's support in explaining the home inspection process and what to expect was superb. Very knowledgeable and customer centric. We hired Jesse to do an "Inspector Assist" - which essentially was a thorough walk-through to address work that needed to be done to bring my mom's house "up to par" for possible sale sometime in the future. He was extremely helpful and clearly knows his stuff! We walked away with a pad of notes and actionable next steps. Thanks for the great service! Highly recommend them.

Jesse was very helpful and put our mind at ease with buying an older home. I would recommend him for not only buyers but sellers who want to be sure their home has the "ready to buy" Stamp of approval. The warranty (s) that are included with the inspection, is an added value. Having a certified, licensed and insured inspector means there is peace of Mind!
