As your incentive travel planner, we will help you find the perfect destination and resort for your group. Once you've chosen a location, we will assist you in mapping out a great itinerary for your group. Our team can work with you to plan a completely "on-site" event or a mixed event with both "on-site" and "off-site" activities.
A Destination Wedding Travel Planner will help you find a destination, resort, and wedding package that matches your wish list and spending plan as closely as possible. Once they narrow down the options for you and you make your resort choice, a destination wedding travel planner will normally assist you in confirming your wedding date and wedding package choice with the resort through a wedding day contract.

We had an absolutely fabulous trip with so many things to see and do. Everything about the trip was flawless. I would highly recommend Yellow Umbrella events for any group trip. There were a lot of moving parts with our group trip to Cancun - Shea and Cheryl kept us informed and updated before and during our trip. They provided helpful tips about the resort and area, and communicated clearly and in a timely fashion when things changed from travel restrictions to event location changes due to weather, etc. When we needed to talk with them due to some changes to our reservation, it was great to get a very helpful person on the phone. They took the worry out of everything! It was such a fun, productive trip

Excellent experience working with Yellow Umbrella Events for our business trip of 400+ health coaches to Cancun. I should start by saying that my wife and i have vacationed in the Caribbean many times and have always had an enjoyable time, however, this has surpassed all previous trips. Our “River Room” accommodations were quite impressive; large, clean and included a hot tub- a lot more than I had anticipated. The staff provided excellent service and the food quality far exceeded most restaurants. Considering all the amenities we received, the quality of service, the quality of food and drinks, the price was appropriate and we will return for future vacations.
