This critique is simply on what I consider to be bad business. I signed my daughter up for Santos Academy's trial membership. The trial came with a uniform, and a month's worth of sessions (two classes for four week, eight classes). My daughter attended three classes and then was out due to illness. As a preemptive measure I made contact with the school and informed them of our situation, and they acknowledged. Today I received a call from a member of their staff, and I informed him that my daughter has been out with the flu. He then informed me that our trial had expired. I told him
