In 2017, Total KO Boxing Club started the FIRST all-girls and women's, non-contact, Boxing Program in Tarrant County. Our goal was to create innovative programs that would inspire better health, self-esteem, and character in each of our members! In 2018, Total KO widened its scope of Youth Health and Education Impact by implementing a Boy's Program, a Tutoring Program, and a Parent-Child Program.
Every year we grow and expand our reach, never forgetting where we started, and always being there, for YOU. This work is important and doesn't get itself done; our organization wouldn't be what it is without our incredible coaches! Get to know them, and you will see how passionate they are about pushing this mission forward!

I have been a volunteer and a member of Total K.O. Boxing Club for almost 6 months now and i absolutely love what this organization is about and the value they give on a daily basis. This is truly my second family here. My boxing knowledge grows every single day and I have been to other boxing gyms and none of them compare to Total K.O.'s culture. I honestly couldn't be more thankful.
