Website answered every question except the feel of the product, which exceeded my expectations. Lauren answered one email and said she will get back to me... after one week and still nothing. Gym owners can’t waste time and I can’t sit around and wait for a simple response. They definitely don’t care to sell and they won’t make any accommodations for you, it looks like I am begging for a favor.

I'm very happy with my mat. I may order another mat (vinyl) for daily use...the black carpet one I ordered does pick up a lot of lint, but I knew this going into it. I ordered my mat on sale and the price was unbeatable. I expected to wait several weeks but it arrived in 2 days! The mat works very well for travel and is super light weight. I use this mat for Rossiter, a stretch/bodywork technique.

As a Cheer coach I was looking for a mat that matched out school colors, and that was functional. I ordered the black sparkle mat and it looks great when the cheerleaders use it during out pep rally. I was very pleased with the color option because most mats are only available in blue. The mat iis very easy for the girl to unroll and put up. The customer service department was very nice and prompt and the delivery was very smooth.

We Placed an order for mats. Last week the delivery company called and scheduled the delivery. I took the day off of work to be at the facility on the day we agreed with the delivery company. And announced at our event that is happening this weekend, that we will have the mats, which added more participants to our event. Great news so far. After waiting at our facility for 4 hour with no show from the delivery company (that was the window for the delivery) we decided to call and find out what happened.
