I am a certified TPI instructor, and have many clients who golf. I recently achieved my certification as a TPI counselor. I believe well balanced nutrition and a consistent exercise routine is the foundation for a pure life. My specialties are male and female clients who are looking to meet specific goals, especially strengthening and toning total body.

My name is Regina Galoppi-Benfante and I am a Certified Personal Trainer with GT Fitness. After 22 Years of being a professional equestrain, I have found a new passion in personal training and nutrition. Because of my experience in teaching equestrian sports, I have a lot of experience with how our bodies work and how to make them more efficient.

Greg stands out as a personal trainer. He really cares about not only your success during the workout, but also your success outside of the gym. His goal is not only for you to get in great shape, but also to motivate you for success outside of the gym. He helps his clients establish diets, exercise routines and pushes you to your max during the training sessions. He makes you feel very comfortable and offers a low pressure but intense fun workout. I recommend highly!
