Advanced Clinical Associates (ACA), a In- Home Health provider, is looking at the world a little differently. We need all levels of providers, RNs, LPNs, Nurse Aides, and Caregivers, who want to be the ones we call for urgent and last-minute opportunities. We know our patients and their families periodically have an instant need as loved ones are discharged from a hospital setting.
Home health services are provided by nurses, physical, occupational, and speech therapists, as well as dietitians, medical social workers and home health aides. These services can help avoid unnecessary hospitalizations, accelerate hospital discharges, and enable an individual to remain at home during acute illnesses.
Sometimes, you have medical issues that require extended professional care. For these advanced needs, our Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses can provide a variety of hi-tech, skilled services from 2 up to 24 hours a day, with on-call support available 24 hours a day, as directed by the client's physician.

Update: My father was hospitalized again for a UTI due to improper care from this company even though I raised concerns during visits. Also still never received home health 3 times a week only a weekly nurse showed up after enough complaints.
My father was hospitalized for 10 days and supposed to have assistance 3 times a week with catheter care and ADL. I just got into town and found out that a nurse came for initial intake and NEVER sent the help. My father has been without care for 2 weeks.

While on a trip from Canada to Scottsdale, AZ, my daughter was in need of medical attention for a leg wound which she had suffered on her vacation. I was extremely pleased with the excellent care she received from Advanced Clinical Associate. The office staff was extremely friendly and helped us navigate the US health system. We were very pleased with the amount of attention they provided to ensure her recovery/healing process was going well before her return to Canada.
