My mission as a Licensed Massage Therapist is to provide each client with an individualized therapy session according to their specific needs. I started my business in 2005 after graduating from The Utah College of Massage Therapy in 2004 simply because I had a strong desire to help people.
My love for athletics and competition at an early age lead me to pursue a BA in Physical Education and Athletic Training while competing in track and cross country. After graduation, I received my training in Massage Therapy because it incorporated several techniques that are used in Athletic Training.

Injury Massage can help relieve chronic and acute pain by working on major muscle segments with specific, deeper techniques to stimulate individual muscle fibers. The goal of injury massage is to help the client become pain-free by identifying musculoskeletal dysfunction through viewing and hands-on palpation.
