Hello my name is Cody I was just recently certified to be a personal trainer; I am very passionate about fitness and spreading knowledge of how to develop a healthy lifestyle and also to be able to continue that lifestyle.
The bulk of my knowledge comes from my background in sports and studying wellness coaching at LCSC. I welcome any athletes young or old to bring me their fitness or sport performance goals so I can help achieve them. I am more than willing to work with all ages and genders from zero exercise experience to an experienced athlete or lifter looking for that extra push.

Services
Aqua Fit is a multi level class providing aerobic exercise, toning and stretching. This class offers a variety of workout activities involving the use of water weights, noodles and more. Pool Power is for individuals who want a more intense workout! This class provides a tough cardio workout while still applying minimal stress on your joints.
Exercises that are safe and effective in a group setting, with added posture correction exercises specific for each individual. This class consists of high intensity cardio & strength training in a safe, personalized environment. Although the benefits of aerobic exercise to protect the heart are very well known, most people are unaware of the numerous other benefits.
Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within - sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high. Like all the LES MILLS programs, a new RPM class is released every three months with new music and choreography.
Ripped is a 45-minute weight lifting program for able-bodied men and women of all ages and all fitness levels. Matching movement to music and using traditional strength training allows participants to work at their own level. The focus is gently strength exercises using your own body weight and resistance to strengthen core and muscle groups for strength, balance and stability.
In House, one day tournaments will occasionally be held. Each League ends with a tournament for all those who signed up, and participated in that particular league. ADCOPE also holds the WINTER CLASSIC in Mid-January. The Winter Classic is a USRA Sanctioned tournament and all players must be members of the USRA, or pay an additional fee with registration to participate.
